what you think mayne? we got more mexicans out here than almost any other us state......... to let you know tho yeah ms13 we got but most mexican gangs out here are labeled as nortenos (northerners) and surenos (southerners) now ms13 is a form of surenos....... the gangs started in prisons here in california first it was just mexican mafia who represented 13 cuz M is the 13th lettter of the alphabet they wore blue and brown.... then in prison the northern cali mexicans started a gang for the northerners "nortenos" who use 14 as there number cuz N is the 14th letter of the alphabet and they sport red..... where im at in the valley 209 area code stockton, modesto, merced, tracy... its a gang of nortenos but a lot of southerners are moving up this way and that's causing a lot of bloodshed ya know...... anyway a little cali mexican gang lesson for a new yorker....... peace

MS13 started in downtown la and has spread all across the country...but to clarify some misinformation, MS are not Mexicans, their El salvordorians....they still show allegiance to the sureno 13 but their mos def not mexicans....

socal is 13 and norcal is 14...la eme is 13 and nuestra familia is 14....thats how it breaks down....
