Bay area Hip Hop scene
Hey all,
The bay area rap game is still to me up and coming....But the scene is moving more and more to my area....And I just got into this new artist to me "balance" with his new album (young & restless) and it's off da chain....his sinle "Gotta Get it" is hot and I was turned on to this scene by some of my UMVD co-workers.....If you know of any other artists let me know!!!!

Im' down in LA (yea i know Bay area has always got influence, we all rep Cali afterall) but here has been a drought from da bay for a while till recently, at least what they play down here.

^True... the Bay's been on and poppin' for a minute now... really ever since the early '90s when Heiro entered the scene... and Too Short's been reppin' it since '85.

I think the Bay Area got the best rappers out right now... and I'm an East Coast NJ cat... we up there and so is Philly... but the Bay got some of the illest.
