say what u want about him getting murked by Budden (which i don't particularly agree with) or if you're hating on him cuz he with the G-Unit, but he is the only guy capable of putting the West back in the spotlight.

don't bring up these no name mixtape cats who you know will never get any shine either...

so why doesn't that make Budden a tool? I am from L.A. and I am down with Black Wall street who are the Game's people...so come over to Compton and ask em how "fake" he is over there.

Believe me, whenever a rapper comes from L.A. and has gang ties, there are gonna be a million people sayin they are fake and all else, especially if there is any sort of reason to say it. With Game, probably because he didn't have a rep like Billboard as bein one of the wildest bangers in Compton, people will take that and say he wasn't shit in Compton, then say he was fake and never even banged, etc. etc. But if he was fake, he wouldn't have as many people as he does on his side, bloods and even crips. And I am not just somebody who talks about things I've heard...I am always at their spot and I know most of the bloods that Game is down with, includin his older brother, Billboard RIP, Life, and basically everybody who was on those pictures that he had with Dre. So I definitely know that he gets respect where in counts.

Street cred has no relevance to lyrical ability.....when one listens to the Game its obvious he's seriously lacking in the lyrical department, not to mention originality...duke has that same ole mixtape flow, and if you peep his new single he sounds like Jigga mixed wit a lil banks and fab thrown in....duke has no depth, no diversity(content or flow wise), his image is generic, his punches are lame, I dont give a fucc how much of a repp he has amongst the pirus, give me some quality music.... thats the prob wit the west, peeps are more concerned with image than they are talent....

wit all that said I do admitt he will open some doors cuzz anyone who knows industry politics knows duke is gonna move a nice chunk of units.....I support him soley based on the fact that he's reppin the mighty westcoast....

P.S. Budden murdered duke, lyrically and flow wise budden is the superior emcee, I dont understand how anyone would think otherwise..Game is barely average......imo...

Well I kno street cred and lyrical ability aren't relative to each other. But I said all of that because of those who doubt his street cred, even though it shouldn't matter unless the rapper is claimin this and that and they are fake. Lyrically and all, if you dislike him or whatever, then that's opinion so I can't say anything about it. I definitely am not concerned more about image than talent, but people like Dre realize that image always sells more than talent does. I think Crooked I is better, but Game has a much better shot at blowin, and since I am down with his people, I definitely support him.
