Westcoast does have the hardest rappers in my opinion & other coasts do bite the west coast's shit. Westcoast may be quiet right now but that's because a lot of rappers from the west who were popular back in the day are now doing their thing independently cause they saw how the major labels were taking advantage of them. New York & Jersey used to have a lot of hard rappers back in the day but everybody in those 2 cities seem to be commerical nowadays except for the hard rappers like Black Moon, Kool G Rap, Das EFX, M.O.P., Gang Starr, a few rappers in Wu Tang, KRS One, Pharoahe Monch who refuse to go the commercial route. Houston also got some hard rappers but they're kinda quiet right now also except for Scarface & Lil Flip. People don't come to the westcoast forum for some reason cause they feel the westcoast ain't making no noise right now but the westcoast is gonna shine again.
