Will the West rise again?

Do yall think the West Coast will ever go back to the status it once was back in the day? I sure as hell hope so because as of late the West hasn't been to productive in the rap game. I think cats like Crooded I, Rass Kass (when he gets free), Kurupt, and the likes of a handful of other artists have the potential to do so.
