I dig it. They have some pretty good names on here. In fact, I see little to no fighters that are just thrown in there (like the 1st season). These guys have a little history built. Ebo Elder being, I think, the most popular.

dont know who's that yet. but some kid called rudy and some mexican fighter called bravo are fighting right now.


so far the first fight was pretty good, but it looks like every other match they make gets better.

lol. Cant go wrong with boxing, my man. You'll see Ebo & you'll be like "Dude is hideous". He reminds me of them little pug dogs, but he is an exciting fighter. His 12th round TKO over Courtney Burton was incredible.

Norberto Bravo is a good name too, but nothing more than a journeyman. He did have a good draw against Ben Tackie.

Rudy Cisneros is a former olympian. I think he took the bronze in his respective weight.

Verb, answer me this bro, are they showing the fight in full (I heard rumors they were doing this). Last season 2/3rds of the episodes revolved around the lives of the fighters and little games that only injured the fighters. Then they would show a little highlight reel thing for the last 5 minutes that they called the "fight". Did they change that?

all i know, this was my first time watching it tonight. an for the first time, i likes. about them fighting 3rds, nope.. they changed that, now they fight 5rds, than after that.. it shows the loser crying or talking about how much it meant to them, if thats what you're talking about.



ill shit, too bad is only 1 day of the week that they give it.

they should show it, 2wice a week. i think it would be better.

i like the show its pretty good...

they should have a MMA version im kinda getting annoyed by the ultimate fighter... they need a dramatic serious show for mma maybe pride can make one something with some honor.

That was crazy rudy and norberto went balls out on the ropes at the end good shit.

that was fucked up how they clowned on that dude k9 for fighting awkward with his head up...but he was right its always the ones who talk the most who get shut up in the end....that was fucked he got picked last but he had the last laugh.

I thought they should've elaborated on letting us get to know the fighters more, but I understand that there's time constraints. Also, I find it hilarious that they add in the cheesy sound effects of hard punches landing for shots blocked by a glove and simple jabs.

Yea that sound effects were a bit much as well as the editing. i mean i know they have to fit it in the scheduled time frame, but i feel like im watching highlights instead of actual boxing. Shit slowin down in the middle of a punch like its fight night or some shit. More dramatic then realistic, still something good to watch on a random Tuesday

They probably got him because they feel he can bring the entertainment factor to it, because he's known for good wars (its the reason they tried to get my boy on the 1st season). You're right though, without this show Elder is a true contender already. But with 5 rounds, theres not much time to do anything. ya and people are gonna hate me for it...but i think mora has a shot to win a decision as well...he may lack power but that dude knows the key to win over judges he throws some fast flurries and i have yet to see jt fight a guy with handspeed....and people say mora has pretty good whiskers.
