I gotta go with Pride. Cro Cop, Rampage, Silva, and Fedor would wreck shit in UFC...Matt Hughes would do well in Pride's Middle Weight division though..

I've boxed for 6 yrs, kung fu for 3, karate for 4

at different times though.. however I would still love the experience.

I'd say say pride has it in the heavier categories, but UFC's lightweight division is stacking up. Kinda hard to compare some of the weightclasses in the orgs because of the different names and weights for some of them tho.

Overall...Pride has the better fighters...there are quite a few UFC guys that would do well over in Japan though..

If I had to break down the weight classes..

Heavyweight - Pride
Lightheavyweight - Pride

Middleweight 185/183 - Pride/UFC - pretty even...

Welterweight - UFC - Pride doesn't have one

Lightweight - Pride/UFC - pretty even...UFC's division is looking great..can't wait to see more fights

Steroids aren't illegal in Japan, but I've read conflicting interviews of whether they test for that stuff or not.
