I told mans that dude can ball, he is just taking a dump on the defending champs. 38points and 12boards, 26points and 17boards, thats just sick. Yes he only averaged 14ppg and 7boards in the reg season but he was injured for for half of the year and it took him awhile to get back into game shape and get his playing time.

same thing amare did against the spurs last playoffs....let's see if it helps his team win and if he can carry it over into next year

i imagine part of it is the spurs don't have any players that match up well physically with him, but against other teams with stronger backcourt players he'd have a tougher time

In a way I'm glade this series has stretched out.

The Kings have been a tougher match up for the Spurs.. meaning that they have already increased their level of play to compensate.

Meanwhile, Dallas sort of cake walked through Memphis during their sweep.

The rest would have been nice for Tim Duncan, but the nature of his injury is that it won't get much better unless he has a couple months of pure rest, so a week wouldn't have done much good.
