i don't know. personal problems or back injuries are always slowing him down. i was once a huge T-Mac fan when he was with the Magic. but he's not as motivated.

see this is a bad question really. if you assume its in there current situations then i'd have to say Wade is the only one with a legitimate shot. follow'd by Lebron. if you mean as the primary guy then yeah its gotta be Wade hands down.

I got LeBron. One of the top three teams in the conference this year with his second best player missing half the season. The Cavs are one or two moves away from being title contenders... but Detroit will wreck shop on us this year. This new front office and coaching staff were able to put together 50 wins in their FIRST year even with that particular injury- that's mighty impressive and shows a commitment to moving forward.

Other than LeBron, Wade.. but I believe that Heat window of opportunity is closing quickly. They're capped out.. Shaq's contract is heavy and he's not getting any younger. They made the biggest trade in NBA history last offseason and it hasn't really benefitted them...

After them.. Kobe (2007 offseason is big for L.A). Then I would say Carmelo and Vince- but the rest of them are extremely far away from winning a title. Remains to be seen how the M&M (McGrady/Ming) regime returns from their injuries but if they are both 100% that's a pretty fearsome tandem based on how Yao played this season. Iverson might have a better chance if he goes to a new team this offseason.

Garnett should save himself all the aggravation, take a huge pay cut (he's already loaded so..) and come to the Spurs.

He'd relax not having to live up to being the top guy, extending his career. His outside game and versatility would compliment Duncan's post presence and dominance.

Him and Tim Duncan have done big things in olympic qualifying games in the past before so...
