honestly, lookin at their roster in the beginning, they should make the playoffs...

kaman, brand, corey, cat, sam, along w/ a bench that has livingston in it, and wilcox, i no he didnt do much in la, but i thought he was this season, but w/ those 6 players they seem good enough to make 7 seed, i wouldve thought, but their 6, im not shoked they made the playoffs, i am shoked that kaman is this good tho, i thougth hed be gettin 7 boards and 12-13 pts,im also shoked that they got torn to shreds by the LAKERS in their last meeting

Not shocked, Brand has been getting it done since he came in the league. Maggete has been a nice athletic player for a while too. They had some young talent, Mobley and Sam were exactly what they needed.

Elgin Baylor was bound to get it right eventually.

What'll be interesting to see is if they continue to build on the success of this year or if they fall back into the depths. That frontline is near championship caliber... if they continue to improve and not always lose players to FA, they could really contend in the near future.

Someone already made a good point about us seeing a potential Spurs vs Clippers Western Conference finals THIS year.. it's definetly a possibility.

Lol.. I'd rather not see that come to fruition.

They match up very well against the Spurs. That's a series where youth might be served a few games.

But in the end the Spurs would win as long as Tim Duncan is game.

I thought they would be 9th seed.

After seeing Sam in Minnesota I thought he was getting old and I thought Cuttino was to inconsistant, kind of like Jamal Crawford.

I thought the warriors would be good, but injuries and a weak front court killed them.
