Will the Cavs make the playoffs?
Cleveland is two games under .500 ... if this hasn't improved by April they'll miss the postseason ..... turns out being the Most Dominant Ever is neutralized by being 37 years old, and that LeBron is still by himself.

of course,theyll get it together....
it seemed like Clevelands pace of play was a much better fit for Shaq then Pheonix....but i dont know he looked lost last night vs the Raptors
they might just tread water a little until Shaq really starts to fit in.....

Point is, Cleveland sux...as great as LeBron is.
Not making the playoffs was sarcastic. Perhaps it won't be sarcasm a few months from now tho...lol

It's a marathon, not a sprint.
Barkely made a good point about Lebron being asked to do too much. If they fail to make the playoffs or at most the Eastern Conference championship, that coach may lose his job.
The East is clearly the best conference... I know it's early... but they've been the best the last 2 years and nobody wants to give them their props.
The West hasn't really dominated since early this decade.

LOL....*MAY* lose his job? If they're not in the top 5 of the conference come February, he's gone. That's assuming Danny Ferry has any sense...which I'm not totally convinced of.
IMO, Brown should be axed tonight. He's like the ball coach at Bel-Air Academy when The Fresh Prince went there. In the huddle he's got his clipboard and his marker, but he doesn't use it. Every basketball situation, every problem, has one answer.
Brown: Ok fellas, what do you run when the defense is in full court press? Anderson?
Verajao: We set a double screen to free Mo, and if my man helps, I spread to half-court to receive the long pass"
Brown: Very funny Anderson. That'll be 10 laps at the start of tomorrow's practice
Verajao: Sorry Coach. I meant to say "We pass it to Lebron"

The celtics are who we thought they were! Lol.
The cavs don't know how to play wit shaq yet but hopefully they do soon. Yesterday shaq was in foul trouble and when he did mo and bron went to what they did last year and that = a blowout win.
Cavs gone get top 3 in east. Celtics might win 70 and magic gone win 60+ while cavs win 53+.
I don't care bout regular season record anymore. Last year we won 66 and didn't win title. Title < regular season record

Shaq's ego won't let him retire... not without gettin' that 5th ring. I don't think he gets it.
Kobe wants 7 to surpass Jordan... but he still won't be better.

Greatness doesn't depend on championships alone.
That's the argument... it always has been... I don't care if Kobe wins 10.
Bill Russell has 11. Kurt Rambis already has Kobe beat at 5.

So what does greatness depend on? Enlighten me. Scoring? Defense? Crowd-pleasing flair? Endorsement deals?

I know Jordan is great, I know Wang Zhi Zhi isn't.
The question is who's greatER, Jordan or Kobe (assuming Kobe gets 7 rings)
