Official Yankees .v. Red Sox thread
I've been waiting for this shit since opening day, the first meaningful series in the year to both Boston and New York fans.

Tomorrow we have Clay Buchholz squaring off against Chien Ming Wang. I'm kind of disappointed we aren't being treated to Chien Ming Wang vs Beckett but hopefully we'll see them square off somewhere down the line, this shit is a marathon!

All of Boston seem to think that Buccholz is the real deal and who am I to say that he's not. All I know is he's going against our ace Chien Ming Wang so the Red Sox hitters better get some extra batting practice in tomorrow!

My prediction: The Yankees sweep the series. Chien Ming Wang picks up his third win in as many starts and Josh Beckett picks up his second loss in as many starts.

let's get it! Chien Ming Wang is on his fucking job. Not that Buchholz hasn't been impressive but if it wasn't for Abreu mistiming his jump, Wang would have a no hitter through seven. He's average 10 pitches per inning and we're in the top of the eighth.
