*THE OFFICIAL THREAD* Lakers vs Celtics NBA FINALS 2008..
This series will be a dandy. Finally the two best teams get to face each other in the finals. It's been 20 years. Finally the celtics caught up. With a deciding playoff series win over Detroit, they deserve to be here.

The Lakers' journey was a tough one. After sweeping Phoenix in the first round, they pounded New Orleans into submission, before taking out the Spurs in the western conference finals. Duncan was useless in that series.

Now, it's set.

Los Angeles Lakers

vs.

Boston Celtics

Prediction:
Lakers in 6.
