Playoffs Positioning
After watching the last 4 Lakers games (the 2 against the warriors and the last 2 vs. the Grizz and the Bobcats) I have come to believe the last two losses are a product of intention. They didn't fare so well vs the Warriors, who at this point are on the outside looking in but who I think will be in come the end of the season, and had they maintained their lead atop the west they would have had to face them... minus Bynum. Bynum will be the barometer for how far the team makes it. He is our main defender and patrols the lane with growing hostility. Maybe I'm trying to block the sun with my thumb... but it just feels like that's what's going on.

you're silly.

the suns are tied with the lakers for the pacific lead. if the lakers don't win the division, they could be 6th..meaning they'd play the suns without home court instead of finishing 3rd and playing them with it.

...doesn't make too much sense now, does it?

sometimes teams lose because they didn't play well. revolutionary concept for laker fans, i know.
