the heat brought shaq in to win a title...mission accomplished. the lakers? long way to go before that's done without shaq.

riley never gave a shit about the plan once shaq started to get older because all he wanted was a title, and got it.

all they need now is a no. 1 or 2 draft pick, like michael beasley and they'll be good to go. they won't be down for long, not in the east.

But i know we got the two best teams in the league easily in my book, until the spurs come back around and change some minds, but considering the fact they go from winning it one year to getting knocked out the next every single time they win a championship in the last decade, im not waiting for that to happen.

this isnt a kobe vs wade argument.

this is addressing whether or not the heat knew what they were doing when they brought in shaq, considering it would eat up all their cap space, and yes they did because they were a game away from the finals the 1st year and won the title the 2nd year. riley couldnt care less about what happens after winning the title.

and to wade's credit, he's been hurt for the past 6 months or so the team started off horribly and never recovered.
