kerry collins and his experience gives the titans, what, a 2% better chance of winning that game? the titans are in no position to think that they can win the super bowl but should be thinking about developing vince young as much as possible, including giving him starting qb postseason experience. this is probably collins last year as a titan, vince is here for the long haul.

titan fans who want collins to start are absolutely unbelievable, and should be smacked upside the head

Vince sucks. Even when he's not injured. Now that he's injured?....blah. Roydell Williams WITH his broken ankle would be a better QB.

and Collins will stay. As much of a limping bitch VY is when things dont go his way, and as much as he just plain sucks...we've got to have a decent qb that can throw the ball accurately. If nothing else just to prove that Vince is the problem and not the WRs.

then he'll be injured to the point where he can't do anything for the last few years of his career.

its amazing that collins sucks. physically, he is one of the most gifted QBs in the nfl, even at this age. he has one of the fastest releases ive seen. shows you how wrong scouts can be...

vince needs to start. he is an average passer at best, but his receivers make him look wayyy worse than he really is. even at that he gives them a chance to win because he knows how to move the chains.

lendale white and chris brown are really overrated, imo, when people say the titans are a power run team that will smash you. young makes a lot of things happen on offense and it really has nothing to do with how he plays in the game. when he's on the field his presence changes the game. you have to use one defender to spy on him all the time, he is adept at making time for himself, etc. even if he throws 3 picks, he changes the way the defense plays and it opens a lot of things up.

well he didn't always suck, collins used to be very good. starting qb on a super bowl team.

i love vince, but a lot of what you're saying is stuff that applied to last season and not so much this season. for some reason, vince is attempting to stay in the pocket instead of scrambling around like he did last season. he and the coordinators better recognize the rainy and windy conditions that san diego will be under on sunday and gameplan for vince to move around more than he has all season.

i think the aura around him has decreased significantly since last season but it's still EXTREMELY important he starts for the sake of the franchise's future.

and white and brown aren't overrated, i dont think anyone recognizes white or brown as someone who should be a playoff team's number one back. but when you combine the two + vince's occasional runs, the titans are a powerful running team. and it's mostly thanks to the offensive line that's been incredible. if the titans had the travis henry from last season +this season's defense and o-line, they would have been SCARY good, i mean like 12 wins good.

the titans will win if philip rivers plays erratic and norv turner is forced to make tough coaching calls, and, of course, if they don't turn it over. big if's, but i'll be cheering em on in san diego!

I'd take 1 playoff win with Collins at the helm than 1 loss with Vince in there. He's already lost all his confidence anyway now and mopes around like a crying little bitch.
