Premature stoppage. Sure the guy wasn't responding but he wasn't getting battered to the point of not being able to come back.

GREAT fight, though. I watched the replay a couple times, the action was that good.

an i gota say, that fight was ill as fuck...

in other words, it was worth the money for those who did pay for the fight.
