I think they are going overboard saying Deron Williams is an elite point guard now... Mark Jackson even said something about them renaming the street in front of the Jazz's home court to Stockton Williams rd... but he has a good game and he has heart, passion.
Late in game 4 Tony Parker took it right at him and scored, and even though you could see he was gassed, he still had the will to go right back at Parker and score. Too bad he couldn't get Memo to play like that.
Lol... Boozer's weak. 9 points in an elimination game.
I'm sure the Spurs can beat either the Cavs or Detriot.. but I'd rather see them face Detroit.
All you need is your star to go crazy for 4 games to win. With Detriot they don't have anyone like that, but LBJ has the potential.
Ah fuck it bring on the King.

You say that, but the last finals (which we would have won if not for big shot blowjob), We match up ten times better with the spurs than the cavs. Atleast i think so
Mainly because the matchup for tayshaun isnt nearly as rough and his offense doesnt suffer, and also because we can play pretty much one and one and get back to our style of basketball, i wouldnt judge by what you see with the cavs here, the only reason we havent improved is because flip refuses to adjust.
With the cavs, you guys would probably be intelligent enough to play lebron one and one and let everyone else get shut down (Z, The rookie, Hughes, Gooden, ect) Then punish them with the duncan, parker matchup. They wouldnt last, and had we had a coach like pop for the pistons, Cavs wouldnt be lasting now either, they would have been figured out long ago. Pop is a master at figuring out mistakes, and fixing them.
But flip isnt an intelligent enough coach to figure anything of the sort out this series.
I think You're getting another 7 games series is this things goes pistons. Duncan rarely does good against us as good as he does the other teams, Its usually ginobli that gives us problems. Call me crazy now, but gametime could prove otherwise. It'll be a long defensive series, and i think people may be surprised (for the third year in a row) at the outcome of the finals
That is if floppy ginobli or bruce howen dont flop and dropkick people all over the place and get all the calls lol.
But Cavs dont have a bad shot either if they were to upset the pistons, although i dont see that happening, they did give the spurs a hard time this season and improved defensively a ton. Not to mention that but they seem to be finding other sources of offense. Lebron could probably easily break down the bowen matchup to make the other defense collapse a little bit. But they'd probably be overwelmed with their first finals trip, this is talking if it were to happen though
I think both teams match up well, should be an interesting series
