kobe scores 53 yet again (and an extra lmao to those who thinks he's better than jordan) and lose to the rockets. Of course the rockets are a better team, but it proves that he can score 50+ against teams with a combined winning percentage or 34% and win but lose to a team thats currently 5th in the west and 1/2 game behind ••h place. all those scoring streaks mean nothing

can't count odom's missed free throw, because prior to that howard traveled to give possession over... the lakers at least got one point off of that

t-mac's three free throws were key as he's been struggling from the line all season long

and, sometimes an offensive rebound isn't a case of a team "giving away" something but rather the other team fighting for it

a good, suspenseful game with both teams playing awfully sloppy at intervals and giving the other team a chance

when it comes to kobe brahant (he's the truth... i'm just trying to develop my killler instinct and get on his level), with the good comes the bad... he lets his hot streaks get to his head, and when he's off he can be really off. went through a big coldspell through the 3rd and some of the 4th.

without the rockets poor execution leaving the door open, he pretty much shoots the lakers out of the game as he has done many times.

nice scoring total and came up big at moments, but he didn't really play a good smart game overall last night

the records are alluring to him i'm sure, but i'd like to see him get back to that role he had first coming into the season... his style of play lately looks nothing like it

i say he's definitely tops in the league, but he can hurt a team with his failure to recognize when he doesn't have it flowing (refuses to accept that he can go cold and continues to shoot and shoot with little regard for his teammates) as much as he can help them
