I can shoot, pass, dribble and have very good defense, but feel I still don't have the proper foundation completely. I need a site that'll give me (preferrably) one man drills and insight on particulars like what angles to take when going for blocks, offensive movement, etc. as well as basic fundamentals.
Every site I go to is just trying to sell me some book.

im gonna speak in a lot of general terms n shit so if u already know some of the shit im sayin im not doin it to belittle u or nothin i just dont know what to base your knowledge off of.
in all honesty i never really went to a site or anything like that. all i did was play play play. if your trying to work on footwork, a great drill you can do is from the three point line, dribble to the left elbow of the foul line, plant your left foot first thing swing your right in to pull up for a jump shot. grab the board, sprint back out to the three dribbling the whole time. then dribble to the right elbow, and plant your right foot in first swingin your left in when u pull up fora shot.(those are the propre mechanics for pull up jump shots, planting inside foot first then swinging in outside foot to pull up) do that for 2 minutes going HARD. that will get your foot work up, as well as your pull up jump shot.
to improve shooting, this ones a gurantee. stand maybe two feet away from the basket. make the basket (it should be really easy when u start out) and keep going till you make it five ina row. once u make it five times in a row take a step back. if you miss you gotta start over(you can choose between starting over that set or going back to the begning) . your goal to start can be to make it to the foul line (i can get to about nba three.. but ive been playin competetively my whole life).
offensive movement is souly based off of what is known as the 'triple threat position.'
everything you do in basketball should be LOW. you want your knees bent, and the ball on your hip.. this picture looks more like he was gettin ready for a pass but you get the idea. its called triple threat, because from that position you can easily shoot pass or dribble. great dribbling drills can be done with two balls. just dribblin up and down back and forth. whenever im bored im just dribbling a ball.
blocking.. this ones a little more complicated. first the major factor is how tall you are, then how high you can jump. although that plays a big factor, you can still get 'cheap blocks' which will frustrate the hell out of the opponet. id say about 85 percent of my blocks from helpside defense. thats when someone elses man is breaking to the basket and u leave ur man to go block his shot. if you see someone in front of u going to shoot an easy block to get is comin behind then n takin the ball out their hands. be careful cause its easy to foul from that position.
if your going to meet someone thats going up.. just make sure u put ur body between them and the rim and ur hands straight up. dont swipe down because that is what refs look for to call a block.. and its really hard to do unless ur pretty good at blocking shots. but if u position urself between them and the basket and jump with ur hands straight up.. its going to definantly alter their shot atleast if not block it.
rebounding is based solely on desire. you dont hafto be the most athletic, talented, or nething of the sort to be a good rebounder. when u see the ball, u hafto just go get it. and want it more then neone else on the court. if your not to keen on boxing out (
http://www.ehow.com/how_8848_box-basketball.html) that should help.. pretty self explanitory and does worlds better if ur mans on ur back when trying to get the ball.
nething else, or more specfic areas ud like to know or good ass drills to work out to just lemme no
