Texans that is....

POS shit franchise cant do anything right..

every time this team is involved in a trade they get raped.. today was no different..

texans give up their 1st rd pick this yr #7 overall, their 2nd this yr, and a 2nd next yr.. ATL gives up their 1st pick #10 overall and matt schuab

fuckin horrible.. but hey thats why their the texans..

lucky im not commish cus i would seriously ban this franchise from the NFL.. for the past 5 yrs you have done nothing but hose your fans out of their money

oh an another thing.. ATL better not be tradnig up for calvin johnson .. vick has ruined enough Wrs

today the agreed to a deal with that overrated POS Schuab.. 6 yrs 48 mil.. 20 mil in the first 3 yrs

gm rick smith is just as bad and fucking stupid as that twat they got rid of last season

congrats u just guareenteed yourself a top 5 pick for the next decade..

the commish needs to seriously think about getting rid of some nfl teams.. the nfl/fans would be better off if we got rid of teams that are showing no interest in fielding a competative team.. start with the texans, browns, cardinals, and lions..

they got like what 2 winning seasons among them in the last 50 yrs

I'd take Schaub over Russell or Quinn. That's how I look at it. The extra 2nd round pick and the contract might've been obsessive but Schaub is a pretty good QB. Best quarterback the Texans have ever seen that's for sure.

it's just baffling how they pass on a QB in last year's draft stating they're content at the position w/ Carr, and then they turn around and dish out $48 mil and 3 picks for a guy who, though he does look good and fit w/ Kubiak, has only started two games in his life. i just dont see how giving so much to get Schaub was a better option than drafting Vince Young who was practically begging to play in houston.

^^^ exactly.. if u had no faith in carr, you should have drafted a qb last yr and delt him then.. he would have had more value then, u got better qb choices, and dont have to give up picks..

u have to be a fucking idiot to give up 2 2nds, which will end up being in the top 5 of the round, and move down several spots for a qb whos started only 2 games..

and david carr wasnt the exact problem.. their gms/HC should be hung in public for the moves..

lol @ them naming Matty as their starting qb before traning camp even starts. That's terrible. Then they released David Carr. Carr was never terrible, it was the other 8 guys on the team. Andre Johnson and Carr could have taken that team anywheres were some hogmollys.. and of course the addition of Green, which GB is retarded for giving up.

Lions are any better tho kid, they make the same kind of offseason moves--but in season.

naming Kitna their number one qb before the end of last season, weak move.

Travis Henry is the best offensive player? Keep in mind...they let him go. They didn't 'lose him'. Apparently they thought he was easily replaceable. I guess we'll find out.

But i do agree with shitty offseason. They had a lot of money to spend, only 1 or 2 holes to fill to make significant impact......and did nothing.

Bennett leaving doesn't hurt. He wasn't the best receiver on the team. Brandon Jones is. David Givens is better than Bennett if he can get on the field. Bobby Wade was probably better than Bennett as well. Numbers don't tell the whole story.
We've had receivers behind those guys that can play. Jonathan Orr will probably get some PT this year, and the staff has been walking around with raging boners over that guy all season.

But the lucky colts have had quite a shitty offseason too though.
