word i aint paying for this shit lol....roy is just gonna upset us...he might have the guy on the ropes hurt and then back away and showboat lame.

boxing fans love finishers and roy lost that fighting spirit.

Roy dominated the fight against a lesser opponent. A few years ago, a guy like that wouldve been out by 6 against Roy.

Its not that roy couldnt finish him he is still athletic it just seems he is brain dead or something...its like he lost all hunger to fight...the last good performance i saw of jones was when he schooled john ruiz...roy could of finished that guy badu easy! its not like he has taken beatings he only got hit flush and knocked out 2 times and thats recently he has never been in wars at all...the dude could of finished tarver if he fought with intensitiy when tarver was hurt in the rubber match but he backed away.

jones mind is not there its like he is hallucinating...he talks in gibberish too like he dont know what he is saying anymore.

His athletic ability is second to none, but technically he weren't all that. Walking back with his hands down, sticking his chin out.. he did virtually all the fundamentals wrong.

And no, it's not because he's black, O-magic. Three of my favorite boxers were black. Pernell Whitaker, James Toney and Tommy Hearns.

And helll yea the ref was terrible, Jones did like 5 or 6 low blows in the first 3 rounds and didn't get called up but once.

roy jones didnt need to be fundamentally sound because his speed and agility were better than everyone elses. his legacy is built on making guys miss and eventually wearing them down.

roy walked back with his hands down, stuck his chin out, and showboated but he never was hurt during his glory days. imagine how good he would have been if he was as much as a technician as a freak of nature (agility, speed)
