^^ I know, that's the reason why I watch TNA as well, I just wish they'd get a Monday Time Slot as well as their Thursday, or atleast a longer show.

What I liked about WCW was that it seemed like anything could happen. Both WWE and TNA have gotten predictable and you can be pretty sure that nothing important will happen on their TV shows. Bischoff was so obsessed with ratings that a lot of important things happened on TV rather than PPVs. Whether it was unpredictable in a good way (NWO) or a not-so-good way (Russo booking) it was still entertaining.

thats why i loved wcw ^ 20 minutes before the show they'd change the script

its a double edged sword.. it made for great tv.. but it killed the company.

vince plays it safe.. and that's probably why vince is still in business, and wcw isnt.

wcw = way more creative than anything the wwe has ever done though

It also helped that they didn't script everything like WWF. Sure, they'd get have some trouble when someone like Steiner went way off, but it also made their interviews feel a lot more natural.

IMO

wcw had bad management..way to many ego's in the company..They needed something else besides the nWo. Something else to keep things fresh instead of having about the whole roster in nWo..the nWo shit got to confusing after awhile

i still have no clue why WCW pushed Kidman to the main event against Hogan..It would be like WWE just out of nowhere deciding to make Snitzky and John Cena or HHH the main feud..

Yeah, Rey was and is one of the most over guys on the roster. Plus, it was a tribute to his friend Eddie and they were trying to go after the Hispanic audience that is a big part of Smackdown's rating. Kidman was never really over, especially as a heel. I really don't know how they expected him to fit in in the main event.

a kiddy show? if anything tna would appeal more to grown folks

they dont have any silly gimmicks running around

tna feels more like a legit sport compared to the wwe
