WWE.com is reporting that the chairman of the WWE Vince McMahon will be making a "shocking" announcement on Raw tonight.

At this point in time, we are at a loss to guess what Vince could say. It might be about his win at Backlash and where his feud with Shawn Michaels might be heading towards. He could even make mention of ECW's return. I guess we will all have to tune in to find out what Vince has to say.
