Yeah, twice I think. Once in the early '90s when he got a sweet free agent contract and then in the late '90s after the whole Montreal screwjob. He got injured on a trap door in the ring that was set up for Warrior Warrior. Then he died.

Yeah he was there in 93. He was on the first WCW PPV I watched. One of the reasons we even ordered it. WCW Beach Blast - Sting and Bulldog vs. Vader and Rick Rude or something to that degree. I could be wrong on Rick Rude. Could be easily checked into.
