It was obviously Vince that did the voice overs. And those eyes were his.

I'm going to watch part of the repeat just to see that again lol.

I guess I don't remember the eyes that well anyway. Oh well, I'l make sure I watch it again.

If that was Marty Wright doing the voiceovers as well, he sounds a lot like Vince.

I remember when Vince actually did the voice of Undertaker's stalker, who turned out to be DDP.

But yeah... that vignette just totally reeked of Vince McMahon to me.

The funny thing is this character got another OVW employee fired and basically ultimately Jim Cornette as well lmfao. See the Boogeyman character has been going over as a "Kane" menacing type heel for awhile in OVW and I guess a new OVW'er was facing him and instead of faking "fear" he mistakenly laughed lmfao and ruined the match and his OVW career. Now Jim comes in as after the match he was so pissed he supposidely smacked the kid in the head atleast fifteen times and that is one of the things that ultimately led to him being fired as well.......

All over the Boogeyman HAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHAH! *in evil tone*

yah it was some OVW student that didnt have a wwe developmental contract

but the way i read it he was a planted fan that didnt sell an entrance or something, and it pissed cornette off, but i might be wrong
