when that one guy got cut due to injury on tough enough they said they were gonna pay for his injury and send him down to OBW(?). my question is what is OBW?

OVW = Ohio Valley Wrestling

That's where people like Brock Lesnar, Shelton Benjamin, etc. came from. A lot of the new guys are coming from there.

Yeah.

It's where a lot of new pickups are sent, and it's also where wrestlers who aren't cutting it are sent.

Usually it's a hopeless hellhole that really doesn't do anything for anybody.
