for the wwf championship, mankind was the champ, rocky who was still a heel guaranteed to take it

after a dozen chair shots, being handcuffed and being thrown from a balcony 15 feet onto a generator....

the rock ended up taking a recording of foley saying 'i quit' and played it to get the win
