NWA:TNA Results for 3/31/2004 (detailed)

NWA: TNA's PPV from Nashville, TN opened up with Chris Harris asking fans to support TNA by ordering the PPV, not pirating the signal.

A video feature on the NWA Tag Team championship first round matches from last week aired, followed by features on the Monty Brown-Sabu angle from last week, and the Raven-Abyss-AJ Styles-Ron Killings storyline.

Mike Tenay and Don West welcomed everyone to this week's PPV broadcast and previewed tonight's Four Way main event.

The Naturals doubleteamed away on Low Ki. Douglas hit a chickenwing into a kneelift to Ki's face, then hit a chickenwing suplex. Ki kept kicking up. The Naturals continued to keep Ki down, preventing him from tagging out by attacking Daniels in the corner. Daniels finally tagged in, cleaning house on both of the Naturals. Backstage, Scott Hudson interviewed Kid Kash. Kash said that last week he told Johnny Swinger not to show up last week or suffered the consquences. Kash said he went to his family for help, naming his partner from last week as "Dallas." Hudson tried to ask Dallas a question but Kash said that they had work to do.

The next bout was the second semi-final in the NWA Tag Team championship semi-final tournament bout as Kid Kash and Dallas faced Sinn and Slash. Slash and Kash started the bout, with Kash begging off and jumping into Dallas' arms. Kash stalled to slow down the bout. Slash and Sinn took out Dallas and doubleteamed Kash. At ringside, Mike Tenay and Don West noted that next week, Low Ki & Christopher Daniels will face Dallas and Kid Kash for the vacant NWA Tag Team championships. Don West hyped the bout. Tenay talked about NWA champion Jeff Jarrett's recent trip to Mexico City, Mexico where Jarrett fought Latin Lover at the AAA event several weeks back. They went to video footage from Jarrett's appearance. The footage was Jarrett's in-ring interview interspersed with footage of the bout against Lover. Jarrett then cut a promo via videotape going over the four challenger in the four way tonight.

In the ring, Mike Tenay introduced America's Most Wanted. As they came to the ring, Jarrett attacked them, hitting James Storm with a guitar. Jarrett and Chris Harris brawled into the ring. Jarrett tried to hit the stroke but Harris broke free and hit the catatonic. Harris grabbed a guitar and went to hit Jarrett, but Raven hit the ring and DDT'd Harris. Raven and Harris got in each other's faces. AJ Styles hit the ring and took both out with a flying clothesline. Styles and Raven brawled in the aisle. Jarrett grabbed the guitar and slammed it over Harris' head. Security began checking on Harris as Jarrett bad mouthed him as he was out.

Backstage Scott Hudson interviewed Monty Brown. Brown said it was open season and he was hunting humans. He said that his match isn't about competition, it's about the Alphamale. Brown said he would take out Hudson's old mother if he wanted to bring her to the ring. He said that Sabu is homicidal, suicidal, and genocidal, but he doesn't even know what those words means and neither do 90% of the fans. He said that the last thing Sabu will fear and feel is the pounce of Monty Brown as he hunts Sabu.
