matt hardy jobs to zach gowen. i'm one of the only people that will say that the internet seriously has to get over matt hardy, but why is gowan beating anyone? the guys 80 pounds with one leg. i'm not going to pity him, he's a damn novelty act. losing your leg sucks, but so does the idea of a kid with 0 muscles anywhere, and one leg, beating a guy who's supposed ot be a professional wrestler and former champion. the fuck? someone fire gowan. now.
benoit beat the a-train with the sharpshooter. FUCKING RIGHT. it's about time the sharpshooter wasn't used as a B level move performed by the rock mid-match. i sya, let the crossface and the sharpshooter be benoit's finishers. i just hope this fued doesn't continue and atrain gets sent back to velocity. PLEASE GOD SEND HIM TO VELOCITY.
the kurt angle/john cena match was great, and was that one match that burned the crowd out, so much so that they wouldn't even cheer eddie guerrero most of his match. angle was great, cena kept up and impressed me enough and it was a good length. the crowd was actually, at some points, more behind cena than angle. that's a fucking accomplishment, and i think the fans are taking to the guy. the "lets go cena" chants started to drown out the "lets go angle" chants. i was shocked. he needs a face turn, quick.
my only gripe was that angle won. yeah, he's the better wrestler, yeah yeah, i know all of that shit. but cena needed this. this was his night. this was one of those nights where he could've been made HUGE with a clean win in a great match. but no...for some reason, they decided to let the guy who's already as over as he'll ever get, win. no one would've thought any less of angle. NO ONE. but no, they had to have cena job after throwing everything at angle. i wouldnt' even care as much if cena didn't completely job to lesnar and guererro too. nowadays the casual fan wont think shit of him unless something's done QUICK.
cena needed this win. he was robbed, plain and simple
eddie guererro losing the title to the big show was about 1000 different shades, colors and flavors of WRONG. if this leads to anything but a guerrero world title push, i'll be fucking pissed. but alas, i could bet anything we'll just see eddie back into mid card hell as of now.
brock winning, i dont mind that. i like lesnar, hes cool. but an fbi run in? vince? more mcmahons? clusterfuck? i think so
