Booking contracts don't mean shit though. It means house shows, and if he's not up to their standards they'll send him to the developmental territories to work anyway because they "don't have anything" for him. It's what they did with DH Smith in May 2006, who originally signed on to be part of the Raw brand and eventually worked down in OVW and FCW before officially debuting in late 2007. Fortunately for Harris, I don't think they'll wait that long before they pull the trigger on his television debut due to his age. On the negative side, if they don't bring him to TV within his first year, I'd be surprised if they didn't release him.
