GERWECK.NET has learned that TNA mainstay “Wildcat” Chris Harris, a member of the multiple time tag team champions America’s Most Wanted, has signed with World Wrestling Entertainment. Apparently Harris’ contract with TNA expired last week, and despite the company wanting him to stay, Harris agreed to terms with WWE.

- Chris Harris is still under TNA contract for at least another week. He maybe intending on leaving for WWE, but legally couldn't have signed a deal as of yet.

wow good news i hope james storm follows and wwe can bring back AMW, i heard team 3d is leaving also and in an interview they said there still cool with wwe management and would re sign..i espect more to come. they should get rid of the smackdown titles and unify them with the raw titles and make ecw tag titles sense there goign to have all this talent

WWE isn't very good at handling tag teams on a long term basis, and neither of the Dudleys do very well with a singles push.

Chris Harris has told his collegues that his agent has come to terms with WWE to be brought on with a Booking Contract and not a Developmental Contract.

James Storm has resigned with TNA officially at the last set of tapings.

Booking contracts don't mean shit though. It means house shows, and if he's not up to their standards they'll send him to the developmental territories to work anyway because they "don't have anything" for him. It's what they did with DH Smith in May 2006, who originally signed on to be part of the Raw brand and eventually worked down in OVW and FCW before officially debuting in late 2007. Fortunately for Harris, I don't think they'll wait that long before they pull the trigger on his television debut due to his age. On the negative side, if they don't bring him to TV within his first year, I'd be surprised if they didn't release him.

Leave it to speculation to fill this thread.

Sounds way too "in character" and it seems to try too hard not to bury anyone and to follow the company line, especially the bolded parts.

does almost sound like an angle i wait till i see him on wwe tv before i belive hes gone. kinda like a while back when matt hardy got "fired" and was rumoured to come to tna. that turned out to be a big work this might be too. though it doesnt really matter cause tna wasnt using him for shit, wwe wont either. hell i dont think there's much to him to use without storm
