Failure To Recognize Or Abide By ANY Of These Rules Will Result In The Given Penalty That Regulates The Rules. And Continuous Bitching, Whining, And Excessive Complaining Will Result In Your Termination From RBL Until A Mod See's Fit For You To Return.
No Questions Asked Policy. You Break A Rule. You Pay The Price Period. NO EXCEPTIONS. Dont Care If Your Janitor/Jeff.
Now On To The Complete Rules And Regulations.

-BATTLES ARE DUE FRIDAY, MIDNIGHT EASTERN! (meaning if you post at 12:01am, you are late)
-VOTES ARE DUE SUNDAY, 10pm EASTERN (late votes will not count)

-Each battler is allowed to up their threads TWICE in a match.
before the battler(s) is penalized -1 vote for each up after the
entitled amount. Upping: (vote count,discussing votes,or just
replying period)

-You MUST vote on 6 battles EACH week & EDIT the vote links
in your "check in" posts. Failure to vote on ALL 6 will result in a
deduction of votes for the links you're missing. Meaning.. you
drop 4 links, you LOSE 2 votes automatically.

-Mininum Lines: 4 (2 Couplets)/ Max. Lines: 30 (15 Couplets)!
Also, battlers MUST agree on the amount of lines to be written
for each verse. If not, whoever drops first determines the MAX
line amount. For example, If I drop 16 first, without agreeing
my opponent cannot go MORE than 16 lines. If YOU DO go over the maximum line limit set. YOU LOSE -1 Vote For Each Couplet Over
** In a 3-Way Battle The Maximum Line Limit Is 20 Lines/10 Couplets
** In a 4-Way Battle The Maximum Line Limit Is 10 Lines/5 Couplets


-NO EDITING your verse AFTER BOTH verses have been posted. EDITING your post after both rhymes have been posted will result in an immediate DQ. Dont matter if your editing spelling or a fucking PERIOD. Its a DQ. No Questions Asked.

-Late verses will result in an AUTOMATIC disqualification, don't
even care if it's 5 minutes late. Even if s mod late with closing
the no shows, the deadline will still be enforced.

--Closed battles are finalized. Unless the mod made a mistake in
closing your thread, any problem regarding the battle AFTER it
has been closed..you will have to deal with it. But../If the mod
just messed up something, then it's cool for it to be changed.
IF YOU BREAK A RULE, IT'S YOUR FAULT AND YOURS ALONE!!

-If you BITCH or it is DEEMED you are SWAYING VOTES. You will be deducted -10 Votes. End Of Story.

- In a 3-WAY Battle. If Both Your Opponents Show And You Beat Them Then You Get 2 WINS. If ONE opponent shows and you win then you get 1 WIN only!!.

- In a VERY rare occasion that there is a 4-WAY Battle. The Same Rules Apply. 3 Opponents Show and You Beat Em'. Thats 3 WINS. 2 Show and You Beat Them. Thats 2 Wins. 1 Shows You Get 1 WIN

- No Biting Rhymes EVER. If its found out that you bit aka plagarized someone elses work. Then you are Terminated From the RBL for good or until a mod sees fit to let you return.


EXTENSIONS: You must hit up a MOD or Sequel on AIM prior to the deadline and give us a good reason as to why you will need a ONE DAY extension. -3 Votes will be deducted from your battle if you do in fact need an extension.

***If your opponent has been granted an extension, you too can use this extended period of time***

All extensions will be 24 hours AT MOST.

-NO 1 Sentence Voting
ALL VOTES MUST BE ATLEAST 5 LINES LONG.
Explaining Who You Thought Won Or It WONT COUNT.

hahah loving both of these especially the personal, vote.. easy this week.. dope shit. you have great concepts and that walk on water could have been better still... but u used it dope anyways. verse was nice, flow was on point. the under 30 wasnt bad... consistant.. never really fell off..

at first read i got gangsta'd winning this.. the graduation was dope.. but i think shoulda been used better... pencils number 2.. was nice..
loved the all talk 7 no play.. shit had me rollin.... flow was cool.. i like ur style.... everything hits...

but after reading again and looking at what i really liked, what was cool... i gotta vote penciLL.. take this vote how u like it.

I felt Pencill's attacks were a bit more direct then Gangsta's, Gangsta started up slow but picked it up a bit in the middle & then with the radio station line then after fell flat a bit, ender couldve been dope still decent, Pencill couldve done the walk on water better though koo enough, intro was koo, fell a bit towards the end but good rnough to edged it out

Anyways pencill did come a lot better although that ocean of greatness line was pretty wack.. I never heard anyone use 'ocean of greatness' it just sounds retarded. I know you keyed this, but seriously think on what you're going to say. Gangsta you came played especially the closer, because that shit is like 3 years old haha. Ummmm I thought you could've capitalized on that verse, but it seems that you didn't and the rest of the verse was just a downfall. Pencill just came pretty good with the punches, and basically outlasted gangsta in this bout which makes it a easy decision.

I liked tha walk on water line from pen...rest wuz ok...gangstas verse wuz played as fuck tho...I dunno if he didn't try cuz he thought he won by dq (btw read tha rules next time) or wut...but his verse wuz trash...

Pretty good battle.

Pencil - Some nice lines, some actual originality, which is rare. Nice flow, overall alotta tight punches.

Gangsta - Also a nice punch here and there, but not nearly as consistent as Pencil. Flow was nice, the hair tie line was tight, good play on his name, original as well.

Both came above average but Pencil came a little more consistent in my eyes.

this was a coo match. i think gangstad had some played/flipped concepts. but it was still a coo verse. pencilld had less, and he came a bit more creative and consistant. that punt it to me didnt rhyme for me, but i liked the concept nontheless. also like the firsr 4 bars and the ocean of greatness line, even tho i never heard of that phrase lol.
