Childhood. .
The farthest of settlements,
In life's targeted, startling, hardest development,
The start of the recklessness, feeding the ignorant,
Barely teething, but proceeding in eating the innocent,
We're seeking the end of it, pondering youth revival,
But stumble, abuse aspires to a bunch of suicidals,
We want a future, idols, now we flinch from defensive glares,
Offensive stares brings tension, some end in intensive care,
The expenses tears on our mind, while fools exploit around,
Where coolness is a sources tool using schools as torture grounds,
The clueless forces rounds of cruelty in some dummies,
And these days bullies take a lot more than lunch money,
Lost course, but more bluntly, anything rather particular,
When kids are victim prisioners, missing their extracurricular,
Envisioning a listener. Someone to feel better,
Cuz miscues in 'clear' gestures leads them to peer pressure,
We fear the ill record of leaving a child behind,
Mistreating misleading mothers, a grieving spouse combined,
Succeeding is out of line, believing is quite a mess,
When you buy the finest clothing, failing reading and writing tests,
And the reasons we might regret, but it has poisoned us,
Forcing some to unspoken love to frequent avoided hugs,
And it bleeds like open cuts, picture a restless child,
Now triggered as another quitter, killer, or pedophile,
Their figure reflects denial, but we have grown to fight,
Cuz life's rough when we're given choices, but more wrongs than right,
And before long we might end up back in the streets and,
Just because we have teachers, doesn't mean they're exactly teaching,
Now I ain't exactly preaching, but we're more than stupid decisions,
That young boy listening to rap, may be a future musician,
Nothing's useless, defenseless that we can't be hooked forever,
Cuz every job from saviors to crooks has to put in effort,
We look for whether it's good or bad, but what they don't see though,
Is that for years people have known that our money is evil,
Yet greed grows, and now we're exploiting this wrath too,
Cuz we're expected to be more than we actually have to,
They react to: more jobs, more money, and more chances,
But it comes to more bills, no gripped, swift advantage,
We're steady getting the glances, penetrating our flesh,
The newcomers, new problems as the generation of X,
The patience has left, we know, because of these environments,
But ya'll can't shut us off from the diseases, viruses,
Sex, the thieves, the liars, and the weed transpired binge,
In need, but tired when WE need enlightenment,
Our seeds are dried and thin, are you thinking of
That when you drop us off you may not ever pick us up,
I'm so sick of the consistent bitching of,
Our life positions, but we dismiss our biggest risk in trust,
But you never listen up, so it's apparent that you don't demand,
Our own opinion, parents just don't fucking understand.
Parents Just Don't Understand
-Nique.
