I'm going to be in charge of topics for a good while so lemme break it down real quick.

As some of you have figured out by now, I hate story leads, but as long as people put them in the suggestion thread I'll put them in the topics. Deal?

I like to have a shit load of stuff to pick from so what you see here is pretty much how it will look for the foreseeable future. I'm not going to run out anytime soon (and surely some of these will get used again later if they aren't now).

One other quick thing: PLEEEASE keep dropping ideas and shit in the topic thread. Just because they don't get used this week, doesn't mean I didn't like them and it doesn't mean I won't use them in the weeks that follow.

If there are any other sorts of things you all can think of, feel free to let me know.

If there are any particular Katrina pictures or photos you want to use, feel free to post your own when you post your rhyme. This way you all can recycle your Katrina verses that you've all surely written already lol. However, make sure those shits show up in the threads. I don't know about anyone else but I refuse to start clicking on links and shit so keep that in mind.

song titles are always wack for topicals, i dont care if it came from rb, rb got topicals from here but thats just me so i dont care.. these story topics suck, they dont allow much room for true creativity, thats what made old rstl dope they had incredible story topics every week and people would just drop crazy shit and twists.. i like the quotes though those are straight, the pictures with words in them are completely stupid, how can you put pictures with words in them wtf, now people are gona use the words and not get creative with the picture.

Well...I know everybody likes different things...So I tried to put a variety of shit....As I said before...I think story leads suck...Why have a story told for you already...But I'd be more than happy to put more in if people submit them in the topic thread...

the classic story leads didnt actually tell you a story, but gave you an idea to build a story off of. thats why they're the best type of topic. you give people a strange situation... for example, you suddenly wake up in china, how did you get there and what happens.. or someone is following you on the highway, later you find out how it changed your life... etc.. and the best writers would always twist them with such creativity and skill that it was like fun to read through the top 20 every week.

I agree with that...Absolutely...

Aside from that...I don't really see the difference between that and taking what you see in a picture or what you see in a quote and twisting the shit out of it so it's something that people wouldn't have expected...
