That’s a wrap
The rusted chains lock the bodily remains, a wet scar is formed
While a reek of rotten carcass stains the shirt that’s torn
The trembled hands shiver, cold as ice, I begin to bite my nails
With a stench, so disgustingly precise it would hide a tail
The old life is nearly over, still a elder so sober
But a drunk past is almost quivering, no luck of clover
The body wraps blood, marks of tattered skin lay
I appreciate every morning scent, and every beautiful day
Destined to die, but gods passion is to keep this sweet one
But this life was golden, so a tragedy to leave one
A care for jesus will rise, when a man arrives upstairs
Just a matter of time, when the seize goes through cross hairs
The wraps still covering wounds, blood seeking through
Remains of skin decay, drooping the eyelids too
He hears jesus calling his name, knowing time is near
But nothing to cry over, and nothing to even fear
To be safe with a heavens creature, and treated fair
How can you not want to arrive, sky stairs a sudden glare
A light is seen, but a cringe for the elder seems known
And advice from jesus himself, almost seems thrown
The end has arrived; the elder has lifted to the gods
While tunes of solace music play, silver and golden rods
Nothing more to touch, this man cannot even tap
The movie ends with a tear, and a man screams “That’s a wrap”
sorry for the length, i have stuff to do
