Linkz, this was just too sloppy for me man. It has nothing to do with the fact that it's more street or anything like that. I'm all for butchering the English language if it serves a purpose, but there were just so many issues with this that it was hard to get by that.

Problems of situations doesn't make sense and you're 'strapped' (insert comma or space) even my troup's hold heat. I'm not saying you have to be perfect with your grammar and shit, but you gotta at least take into account that the reader may not know exactly what it is that you're trying to say, since people are voting on this.

What is imo? Is that like an emo? Imo is slang for in my opinion on the net. M.O. is Modus Operandi, which is what I'm sure you're referring to, but again, if the reader doesn't know that, they aren't going to know what in the hell you're talking about.

Overall, I just didn't really get it. I understand what you're talking about and I get how you tired to pull in the topics, but this really didn't feel that like added anything to my way of thinking about things, which is generally what I like to get our of reading stuff.

Oneiric, this wasn't the most spectacular showing in the world, but there is something about your subtlety that I like. You aren't really trying to out-rhyme anybody. You sort of write like I used to write when I first started, sort of train of thoughtish. Maybe that's why I like it. At some point, as your opponents get tougher, you'll have to put in a little more work.

Linxz, I don't know man, this seemed either really rushed or just sort of thrown together, like you took a couple different verses and tried to make one piece out of it. I can't absolutely recall, but I think you're way better than this.

Linxz, I can't really get myself to appreciate your piece like maybe you meant for the reader to. A lot of the lines didn't flow, to me, and a lot of it just wasn't great. A lot of strange grammar and difficult ideas to understand from what seems to be a very basic premise. On top of all that, there was really nothing original about this at all. Reading it I couldn't help but to find myself thinking this was just taken from some cookie-cutter rap album in Sam Goody.

OneiRic: While this wasn't an incredible showing, I think your potential shines a bit... the rhyming wasn't spectacular but you still have a solid grasp on using words that maintain an effective appeal. A much more enjoyable read than Linxz's piece, mostly because it was an original account, and not something you hear everyday. This is a case where you did much more with much less, and that's what got you the win.

OneiRic - i really don't share the sentiments of tali or sac on this...I don't see anything really shining through here...it seems entirely like train of thought poetry...not really holding down any of the concepts of really rhyming or stringing anything together...and at the end this wasn't even a complete string of random thoughts.
