Hhmmmm, what happened this week that was actually interesting. Several no shows, which was expected with all the Elite (just a name of the crew) members that were signed in. All of em no showed..... Does Infinite Truth know that no showing is equivalent to a loss now? One of his friends might wanna tell him that he's fuckin up his pretty lil record. I think Vern may have misunderstood the rules by not voting in enough match, but it's 4 votes needed to advance and if there's not 4 matches, then you have to vote on everything you can. Vern should of gotten to a contender's match, but didn't cuz of the lack of voting. This may have instigated his not showing and IV.. Well, who knows. He's hype one minute about writing again, then dissapears. Oh well.....

I'm noticing that thread rules haven't been updated with a rule that I imposed on yall a while ago, which is........ if you don't post a verse, you don't get to vote. So, the thread rule that says you can vote when you don't post a verse is incorrect. Pent, please change that in the next match threads.

After mentioning my daughter's birthday in last week's mag, for some odd reason Claus felt a need to be an asshole and tell me it has nothing to do with the league. Duh.... jeez, I guess I can't share my happy moments in the intro. Lmao, of course I can and of course I will. It's not like he's gonna get off his punk ass and actually write shit for the mag so I will continue to write about whatever I want in the intro. Thanks for all the attention gay guy. Of course, this had to lead to other beefs, which had absolutely nothing to do with why it started, but oh well. It's funny how members wanna say that my tournament and champ titles aren't as valid as there's or something along those lines when they've been in the same tournaments that I've won and obviously lost along the way. I'll just let the idiots be idiots this week. Let's see if they can stay entertained without mentioning me so much.

We had another 3 way champ match....3 ways are becoming a regular thing in champ and contender's matches here so I think the newbs/aliases are gonna give everyone some surprising attacks as I've been saying. I'm becoming a much bigger advocate for newbs that I've ever been for vets. I don't even look forward to seeing Vets sign in cuz it's usually a wasted match thread for them while somebody gets a no show win. So... IT'S ALL ABOUT THE NEWBS NINJA. THE VETS SUCK.

Interviewing Got Life?

Lost the first part of interview.... fucking Sidekick

Summary of first part of interview: talk about how our views on things are different usually and asked him about the recycling. He mentions that he has only recycled 3x and the last time he recycled, claus, who is the one that bitched so bluntly about recycling, recycled a verse to beat Got Life? and he felt cheated. I said we're all been cheated and that's why I've tried to keep the rules updated. GL mentions how the league isn't full of much competition anymore and says that's why I signed in for an easy title......and that's where it is now.


E Got Life: Then again...everyone is slacking...myself included...I haven't written a piece that I was happy with for a while now.

Dic Gets Gully: Nah, I'm not in it for titles anymore. After my 6th, I was like damn... I need some new influences to write against. I'm actually trying to get new members in because that seems to be a stronger element in here

Dic Gets Gully: Getting titles doesn't really mean that much to me now. I never respected getting a title when you're the mod, I'm just tryna make this place a lil better

Got Life: Honestly...the vets haven't cared about the league because they get recognized as vets...start treating them like scrubs and maybe if their panties ever get out of a bunch they'll come back with something to prove. As for new cats joining the league...it's always a win/lose kind of situation...occassionally you get a few talented new cats, but at the same time you might get some scrubs that not only bring down the quality of writing in the league, but the quality of voting as well, but you can't have it all...

Dic Gets Gully: Btw, where's pain? He would fit in perfectly with the scheme of shit now

Got Life: Pain had some shit with the police, which is why we no-showed the tag tourney...he was in jail...I was judging a wet t-shirt contest...and now he's off doing his own thing...still writing all the time though, but there's just to much of a headache with being involved in the league so he does his shit on his own terms.

Dic Gets Gully: Lol, I give certain vets the respect they've earned beacause they've earned it. It's still the writing that I value weekly to give shit a purpose for what I'm doing

Got Life: Oh and before I forget...I think the funniest thing in the world in regards to recycling was how the week after Anni had that huge rant about me recycling...he went and recycled that very next week.

Dic Gets Gully: With the way things are now, the new members/alias names seems to be the way it's geared. Doesn't matter to me really as long as there's nice writers. Yea, I remember Claus recycling that week too, right before the rule came in, which he was trying to push being enforced early. Claus is claus though, a little annoying and anal, great writer at times, but severely inconsistent. He's usually active though and I like that.

Dic Gets Gully: He's a strong member so I respect that regardless of w/e beefs come from it

Got Life: everytime Jersey Emcee would sign in and no-show he get getting L's tacked onto his record
Got Life: I've noticed he's the only one that mods do this too...any reason for him being so lucky?

Dic Gets Gully: Uh, ok... jersey hasn't been in the league since I started modding again. I haven't been the one checking records, I've left that to my other mods. If it isn't accurate, you should've said something.

Dic Gets Gully: I do know way more than jersey have losses from no shows tho. Vern has 4 no show losses, I have 3 no show losses and others have em too

Got Life: I grew up in red hook, brooklyn down by the peer which are projects...growing up in that environment I was treated as that light skin brotha...never really treated as the white guy in the bunch...and having grown up in the environment where it was always accepted for me to speak in such a manner...it stays consistent with me throughout...it's not because I think i'm to cool for school or somethin...and I don't need the shpeal bout goin into another hood and sayin it...I respect people's wishes...like Noib asked me to not say it in reference to him and I never addressed him in such a manner again.

Dic Gets Gully: So that's definately not an accurate assessment
Got Life: well like Atreyu... he signs in at 2-0 each time yet he's got 3 no-shows in a row
Got Life: he should be 2-3
Got Life: tha dq should be like 6-9
Got Life: who even knows what insense record should be
Got Life: claus has a bunch of no-shows on his operatoonist name
Got Life: just a continued amount of things that follow this same trend

Dic Gets Gully: Well, I'm sure if you bring this to the threads, things will be changed. I've never noticed it. He signed in as opera toonist at 0-0 and hasn't no showed so his record started over. Atreyu, I don't know... he mustve slipped by my attention cuz he no shows all the time

Got Life: yea...I mean these are all little things I notice from time to time...I don't mention them because honestly I don't care...I don't no-show so it doesn't affect me...and I don't care if someone thinks they have a better record than me...on any given saturday...anyone can lose

Dic Gets Gully: No shows are losses, members should know that and calculate their records fairly, but I guess cheating should be expected and we should be looking for it

E Got Life: It is what it is...you know...I had enough of a headache when I was a mod and I don't feel like adding to other people's headaches to appease myself with shits and giggles

Got Life: Has to be the most level headed cat i've talked to in the league and a damn good writer at the same time. He stems from personal experiences which makes his writing more alive and real, although as I said before sometimes it's just not something I can relate to. He's also extremely sound mechanically.

Got Life: Pompous prick...I mean...real cool guy...genious writer of stretched bars that don't really flow...he's on his own little planet...probably pluto...so it's not really a planet, but yea...I've never really read anything from him cept a few bars last week where I got annoyed at how stretched they were and just moved along...although according to him I plagiarized 5 of his pieces or so he said with that little rep tool on RM...beats the hell out of me...I hate when people who aren't really special act like they're vets though and yea...he's got a lot of elevating to do to catch up with his ego.

Got Life: Sometimes he comes up with a fresh idea and his mechanics are extremely sound...when he writes someone elses work in hip hop form and gets credit for being creative I want to be a disgruntled postal employee...

Got Life: Hmm...all he ever writes about are internal character struggles and he has a really wierd approach to word usage and flow...I can't say I ever "enjoyed" a Urizen piece...

I Want a Peacfule League, What About You?

I figured since Gully, told him I couldn't call him that name. That's a bit weird callin a guy that, but since he wants the members to write something, I'd like to say that I'd like a more peacful RSTL to enjoy the writing of others and be appreciated for my own work too.

All this I'm better than you, you fucked up with this, you spelled my name wrong and every little thing is being seen on a more regular basis than writers showing up to their matches. I think it may be distracting the writers from wanting to participate and may also hurting the league. Gully, you are tactless so I agree with you on that and while that's okay for certain things, you take too far sometimes. Opera Toonist, Thaumaturge, Got Life?, Pent uP, all you guys are tactless too so why fight about it in such trivial stuff all the time?

I appreciate the writing in this league and all of the names I mentioned are talented writers so I think that should be more of the focus, the writing. Speaking on the writing, writing verses in story and topical monologue styles is something that many people can't do well. Long verses like the ones written here are usually pretty nice and everyone deseveres credit for being able to focus that long to write such rhymes that flow and hold readers attention for 60 lines. That's something to be proud of and shows that most of you could probably pursue a career professionally in writing if you saught out to do that.

So, for a few week, I want to ask Dic, Opera Toonist, Thaumaturge, Pent uP and everyone else to try and just enjoy the league for the nice writers within it. I know a few people that might want to join this league and they're good writers, but I'm afraid of how they'll be treated as it stands right now because you guys are pretty ruthless to each other over small matters and intentionally try to be cruel back and forth.

I don't know if that's asking too much or not for you guys. I thought I'd put it out there instead of just being silent while it gets worst all the time. That's all I wanted to say.
