[list][*]Check-in (Posting in your match to show that you are aware the match exists) is encouraged but not required.
[*]Verses must incorporate at least one of the provided topics and must be at least 16 lines and must not exceed 64 lines.
[*]Anyone who does not post at least 4 rap lines, incorporating at least one of the provided topics, is considered a no-show.
[*]RECYCLING IS NOT STRICTLY PROHIBITED. You may not use any verse that you have previously used within the league at any time. Whether it was a no show, tournament verse recycled for the league or visa versa or any verse that have ever been used within the league perimeters.
[*]During check-in, you can ask your opponent to agree to a line limit (Minimum 16) and if your opponent agrees, Moderators will hold both participants to that limit.
[*]Posting between 4-15 lines is considered a “show” but will not result in a match. If you post 4-15 lines, and your opponent posts between 16-64, you will lose the match but you will remain in the league. If you post 4-15 lines, and your opponent does not show, you will “Win by no-show”.[/list]
Voting:[list][*]If you do not show you can still vote and post the links in your match to receive full voting points. In addition, if you do not show, yet vote on at least 4 matches (Or, every match available, should there be less than 4 matches to vote on) you will remain in the league.
[*]Votes must be hidden! To hide a vote, first thing you type in your reply is a bracket “[“, the word “hide” and end bracket “]”. The last thing you type in your reply is a bracket “[“, a backslash “/”, the word “hide” and end bracket “]”. Unhidden votes will not count towards the match or towards your vote requirements.
[*]No second chance votes! If your vote has been edited, even it was only to hide it, your vote will not count towards the match or towards your vote requirements.
[*]No bias votes! If you have a personal investment in wanting someone to lose, whether because that member voted against you once, or you just don’t like that person, whatever the reason, do not vote in the match. If have a personal investment in wanting someone to win, whether because they’re crew member, or because you want to face that person in the next week’s brackets, whatever the reason, do not vote in the match.
[*]”Bias” must be confirmed by a Moderator.
[*]If there is a match which you will not be able to vote on, due to “Bias” of any type, state so within your match prior to Verses Due Deadline. If this reduces the number of matches available for you to vote on to the point where you are unable to vote on at least 4 matches, the point scale will be adjusted according to how many matches you do vote on.
[*]3-ways are inevitable. In order to provide a tie-breaker in a 3-way, you are now required to indicate in what order the contestants finished (1st, 2nd, 3rd).

These are the two matches for every no show winner to vote on and every member of the league to vote on as well. If you don't vote in those matches, you will not advance. Nine Days Later

The scent of death clung to the air, as Neil sat slumped on the stairs...
...The police arrived to find him malnourished and under-prepared.
Then marched him to the cells, and even had him thrown into one...
...Where he cracked under the fierce, baking, glow of the sun.
He confessed in all entirity under its sinister gaze...
...Perspiring heavily, as he finished the page to diminish its rage.
Believing hed only escape its torment, by owning up to what hed seen...

After being thrown into prison, the lonliness hit him...

It was the roaring face of the sun - Red and beaming brightly...

The supercharged eye of heaven, a painted pool of gold light...

The insanity that convinced poor Neil to take his own
life.

I believe they were the only battles up for votes. The Contendership match has a no-show, which I left a comment on regardless, and there was also a no-show against Shrug, but I left a comment in there also. There were no other battles to vote on this week, sorry! Hope those two, along with the two comments, will suffice!

Let me first say I'm tired as god knows what reading these, but I figured being in the league I owe it in good nature to vote on the matches regardless.

Mynd- This was just an average piece encompassing a single symbolic object throughout the whole verse, and then at the end to finish it off. Symbolism is normally the type of thing I make the main premise in a verse when I don't have time to write anything else or I'm rushing and such. Either way, The flow was good, the story and everything like that didn't go into enough detail to me even though it included everything necessary. Just felt like it needed a little more added. Ok verse.

Fold- This verse seemed a bit random, like you just wrote random stuff as it came to you in your head, almost like a freestyled writing. Also, some of the rhyming was forced, and you don't HAVE to use two topics, one is fine, I say this because I don't see where the 2nd topic you put at the end of your verse has anything to do with the verse. The beginning of your story was ok, but towards the end as I mentioned things became less thought out, more random, and the rhyming became very amateurish. The content of the ending itself was very amateurish and just seemed like you couldn't think of anything creative so you just ended it...which of course is true, isn't it?

Vote- Baron Mynd, overall Fold was actually more entertaining at the very beginning, but then what I thought was going to progress into a meaningful story, kind of just digressed into a pointless bunch of words lacking any creative or stand out qualities.
