As you can see in my verse statement, I have acknowledged that this unfortuneately happens in the league and while Lifeless has abused this as well, I can't take a win from him for it without making a rule that the majority wants to uphold against recycling verses.

Not exactly sure why you called it biting because biting is stealing someone elses work, this is clearly his own work as you've already indicated so it's recycling... not biting and you can see there's no rule against it. It's just frowned upon.
