iono if some1 said this.....i read too much and got pissed........its a fucked up situation,i bought from e-bay and nothing went wrong,and YES u can take this cat to court get the ORIGINAL weight of the mpc and the actual weight of the rock DO NOT THROW THAT ROCK AWAY cuz the weight of shit of shit is how much is getting paid for the shipment.......fuck going and confronting dude u never know whats gonna happen u or him could be geared up wit suttin and outta anger 1 of u might not be standing after the confrontation and shit u might do life which is not worth.......

muthafuckas be takin packages all the time, and breakin shit open and takin shit out... maybe this is one of those issues....

Dude sent out the MPC1000 in a box..... somebody at the company opened it up and said "SHIT an MPC!!" he took it and put a rock in it... and sealed that bitch back up... and then when you get it.. both you and the seller are confused as fuck about what happened.

When spending that kind of money goto the source, if not an official music gear site. Its too easy for shit like this to happen. You may never find out what really happen but be assured it can be resolved, and lol if not for yourself then for evryone here who has read this thread, dont give up! Maybe you should hire an agency to find out what this guys deal is, if you have it ($) like that. If not and all else fails case his place and rob his ass blind.

You should contact eBay and PayPal. Definately save all the packaging and the rock lol. But seriously, save all that stuff cuz you may need it. I doubt the guy ran around weighing up MPCs and rocks to find a perfect weight match. I know they weighed the package so you may be able to get him on that.

If push really comes to shove, *assuming you paid with a credit card* call them up and tell them the story. It may take time, but I think you canget your money back. eBay is real lax torwards buyers, so is PayPal.
