-BATTLES ARE DUE FRIDAY, MIDNIGHT WESTERN!

-You MUST vote on 6 battles EACH week & EDIT the vote links
in your "check in" posts. Failure to vote on ALL 6 will result in a
deduction of votes for the links you're missing. Meaning.. you
drop 4 links, you LOSE 2 votes automatically.

-Mininum Lines: 4 (2 Couplets)/ Max. Lines: 30 (15 Couplets)!
Also, battlers MUST agree on the amount of lines to be written
for each verse. If not, whoever drops first determines the MAX
line amount. For example, If I drop 16 first, without agreeing
my opponent cannot go MORE than 16 lines. If YOU DO go over the maximum line limit set. YOU LOSE -1 Vote For Each Couplet Over
** In a 3-Way Battle The Maximum Line Limit Is 20 Lines/10 Couplets

Well this speaks for its self Nique came a lot harder. She would be a hell of a lot better if she didn't force her rhymes in some instances but she is getting a hell of a lot better. Tuke You just did a lot of forcing and had some weak ass punches. If u gonna survive any battle punches gotz go be hard and ur rhyme structure was real shitty and looked kinda stretched. In all this was a one person battle because Nique just proved to be the better opponent.

Tuke on the other hand came with really short bars, which hurt him. His scheme was really messed up, no consistency in the structure. He did have multies though, which Nique did not. Wasn't enough for the win, however. Nique took this one on the strength of her punches.

i think this was closer than most ppl are making it out to be.. uh,

tuke had some nice lines, started off real nice, and fell off the second half. the biggest problem i had was that ur 2 bars are really long.. and kinda uneven. use less words to express the same concepts? ionno. nique came alright, much more consistent than tuke, but it lacked that punching power in general.. and lol@ you using a period line, i woulda thought everyone and their mother have already used it on you. well anyhow,

Join Date: Sep 2003 Posts: 414	i think this was closer than most ppl are making it out to be.. uh, tuke had some nice lines, started off real nice, and fell off the second half. the biggest problem i had was that ur 2 bars are really long.. and kinda uneven. use less words to express the same concepts? ionno. nique came alright, much more consistent than tuke, but it lacked that punching power in general.. and lol@ you using a period line, i woulda thought everyone and their mother have already used it on you. well anyhow, v/ tuke.. close tho.
