Because they have nothing better than VŠ or TLN.
They have more funny movies and parodies,but saying they are funnier is ignorant.

Ah, wasn't aware humour is only limited to tv shows. That's a novelty. 
BIH's got a few good jokesters as well. And that's about it as far as I'm concerned.
