Give me strength Lord

In my fathers name I pray
For strength and patience in my days
Deliever me from thy enemies hand
Lead my spirit to the promise land

You are my fortress of peace
I come to you O Lord on my knees
Give me the words to say, the stories to tell
Save the lost souls of this world from Hell

Thank you Lord for my salvation and joy
And saving me when I was a young boy
I love you Lord, and submitt all my days unto you
Give me strength to preach the truth...

Guide all of my path's and ways
Keep me strong for all of my days
Give me peace, give me love
Dwell within me Lord above

The greatest name I hear
Is Jesus, Jesus in my ear
Saved by the power of the blood
By my savior that is gracious as a dove

Shall peace reign over my soul and life
Bring joy into my household and my wife
All my day's I will be your servant "Ben"
In my Lord's name I pray,
Amen.

^thanks for coming thru Xomzi....remember what I told ya....easy on the gospel not everyone here is christian....so gotta be borderline poetry/preachy....its hard I know....but ya'll learn

AMEN AMEN AMEN lol had to let that out, im catholic so i come from a very religious family and i loved this piece, this is something all christians want and pray for.

Beautiful prayer. I have a different theological perspective, but I enjoyed the heartfelt emotion, and praise for God. May the Lord bless you and keep you and be gracious unto you, May the Lord lift up his countenance upon you and give you peace.
