i dont exist anymore, i feel like i have died
just a shell of my former self, cuz nothings left inside...
i dont care for anything, and nothing cares for me
i've buried everything i know, so come and bury me...
carry me to the place in the back of beyond
where souls go to pass away and join the black of eons...
just a shadow among shadows, a ghost within the night
i roam, soulless and hopeless, too far away to reach the light...
i dont exist anymore, all my love has turned to hate
all the lonely tears i've shed for you are scars upon my face...
the place for which my heart once stood is now an empty void
and lies, betrayal, and bitterness replace what was destroyed...
i dont exist anymore, im a stranger to myself
i look at my reflection, who it is i cannot tell...
my actions fueled by inner rage, my words are filled with pain
its your face i see when the blades wrenched across my veins...
and as i watch the blood pour and the whole world turns to black
i know this is the point at which there is no turning back...
but since you turned your back on me, ill turn my back on you
you made me stop existing... so this i have to do..........

dawg that's where you are mistaken.

seems to me you're just flying off some tangent, allowing it to drive your feelings the other way, and slowly drift away. Sooner or later you'll want to give yourself another chance and try at it again.

I have to agree with Realms on this theres always a second chance....theres no point of no return....I've had my heart broken and been on that path but word yo life goes on...glad to see you at least actknowledge that key point....the poem itself was deep dark and very personal.....almost like you hate yourself because of this person?....your feelings on love seem misogynistic with a sick twist....the whole idea of "i dont exist".....and yet you do exist....if you come to the edge of your life and are still alive....then your here for a reason and the fact I'm getting around is you dont have to be a dark empty void....everything sooner or later comes to the light

This was real nice I liked the whole concept of the poem I thought thatit had some real good imagery. I thought that the structure was nice and everything was real consistent throughout this poem.

thanks. the scary part is how many people relate to sh!t like this. i always prayed that no other living soul would ever have to feel these bitter feelings. its almost comforting to see that im not alone but at the same time, its unsettling because i know how i get when im like this, L had to talk me off the roof a couple of times... no one should have to feel like this.
