Nice to be back on RM.

In the End

Can you see what I used to be?
Now there is a shadow of that used to be me.
Where did I come from, where did I go?
That is the question I sadly know.
I forgot who I was a long time ago.
For me there is a sign of a heavenly glow.

I don’t know where to go
And where am I heading.
But a line on the runway
Is the point of landing.

Help! I am trapped alone in my room.
A sure sign of impending doom.
Four walls closing in real fast.
Fight them off; I’ll do my best.
But is there a real use in trying?
In the end all of us are slowly dying.

Nice, short simple piece. I felt the emotion in this, even though it rhymed... it wasn't forced.

first time checking you...glad I saw this

this was nice...feeling the concept...and the openess and honesty in this piece

I know I can relate to this and those moments of feeling completely alone

or what I struggle with now is where I'm going with my life:

^That was my favorite part....hitting real close to home

Always loved reading your work back in the day, good to see you back. This was a very simple piece, got your thoughts out nicely without force. See you havent lost your touch. I think it would have been more nice if it was longer. Keep doing your thing though.
