My dream


the way you used to look at me was a promise for tomorrow
(now im realizing im not a good swimmer, and Im drowing in my sorrow)

the way that we used to laugh and giggle, caring for each other
(now all im caring about is getting back to that, love you more than my mother)

the way we used to talk about life, food and anything, as long as we were talking
(now i have the hardest time even walking)

now i sit here before this computer bleeding from areas i didn't know could bleed
reaching for answers only to find out the questions are running at a faster speed
i can't help but ask the questions that are burning deep inside, they are exposed to their fullest, nowhere to hide.

now i dream out of instinct, thinking of brighter days
seeing your beautiful brown eyes in a deep oblivious gaze
seeing things that wouldn't stand a chance in reality, no way
seeing flowers that have no limitations on growth or appreciation
seeing my reflection in the water smiling without slight hesitation
my dreams are full of hope and continuity
and your beauty

this was a sad lesson in love I guess. I mean, the piece had emotion, it had good thoughts and relfection and the sorrow was felt, and the hope was underneathe it all..

I wasn't feeling the begining too much, but overall the piece was nice. Like BRIT said before really kind of sad piece. Kind of just looking at what you had before and the after effects of it not being there. It's hard to fall in love, but it's even harder to fall out of love.
