Have you ever…
met someone who literally, takes your breath away
And just as you are getting used to living with the idea that you're never to be able to hold your breath longer than your 5 year old, it comess rushing back at you with the force of a thousand tsunamis
And before you know it… you’re taken adrift and you’re in the middle of nowhere.
Nowhere you might recognize… but somewhere that looks vaguely familiar.
“Have I been here before” you begin asking yourself, pacing back and forth
Even admitting that it’s just déjà vu – the lights along the path to indicate that you're walking in the right direction - so as to put some courage back in you, lost when you realized you were no longer rooted in familiar soils.
Have you ever met someone like that?


Have you ever…
Met someone who… felt she could be enough for you.
No more no less… just right
And right away you feel this deep yearning to want to be around them
As long as you possibly can.
You know you’re the moth and you know the flame will kill you but yet….
You move in closer… and closer… until you get burned
But you don’t care
and you don’t care…
You are exactly where you want to be and nothing will stop you
Oh, what a rush that is… beautifully ugly soothing pain, love to hate you hate to love you, the original juxtaposition, back at breath one
