my book cover...

yep, I will be getting my poetry publish in my very own book called "Exit Wounds"...this is pretty much what the cover will look like...be on the look out for it at books-a-million in late september or august. Anyhow, later on tonight I'll be doing a spoken word at this Riverfest type deal in Nashville. Another poet under the same publishing company is releasing a book today and he will be reading most of his work. So I was asked to come and read three of my pieces to build hype for our up and coming publishing company. I think I'm gonna pass out, I never did any spoken words for this many people...oh yeah Jill Scott is gonna be there as well. I'll give yall an update when I come back tonight...but here is my book cover.

thanks a lot, meeting Jill Scott is gonna freak me out...it'll be scary. Especially since it's before the show...but I dunno why I always migrate to tears, its just what to me captures emotion. Only type of beautiful release of anger, joy, or pain...Plus with this cover I will definately capture a few people attention...and thats on the cover alone. They said I need about 23 to 30 NEW poems for this anthology. So I signed back into PTL to get things going...as long as they are quality they will be added.

I'd love to see some of your stuff posted in the realm just to take a look at it.

I started out in the realm but moved to the poet tree mainly...makes me want to start getting back into the realm though I miss it...
