I think he is asking on how to improve knowledge of all different topics. Either way I get what your saying Thoughts, but you cant rush knowledge, or create a time lapse to consume it all, you just have to learn one thing at a time. Its hard to give advice on learning random facts though, all the "random facts" I have in my head I never planned on learning or remembeing, they just kinda stuck. Try starting with something that interests you and expand from there. For Example:
If you are interested in law, research it, find some crazy laws people didnt know were in affect, find out how forensic experts find murderers 5 years after the crime, how long it takes to become a judge etc. etc., you'll improve facts easier with stuff you are interested in. then it will branch out from there.

um ok 49th prophet i think i understand now.. ok basically ive branched out my learning for myself into two spectrums: life and books, you learn shitloads from everyday things and people around you, especially if the people around you are open minded an i dont know it really depends on the people.. also books is the next best way to learn, because life provides emotion and books provide mostly ideas and vocab.. read what you like dont force yourself to read somethin you dont want to.. i think this way your elevation depends on your personality which determines what you read..
most important dont waste time..
