It's the 2nd film ever to get me close to becoming unmanly. 'My Dog Skip' being the other.

The first 20-40 minutes weren't amazing. I expected more with Sandler, the Hoff, Winkler and Halken. Instead it was a simple case of Halken genuinely carrying the film.

Then it got serious and damn, where the fuck did that come from?

I don't know about over there, but here it was pretty poorly recieved.

i thought it was a good movie, and that part was pretty sad...it almost got to me. my cousin teared up though...he was like "sniff sniff....ahem". i looked at him and somewhat teased him about it, but i let it slide cuz honestly...it was understandable. the 'sad' part at the end built up pretty quickly, it almost came out of no where.

And yeah, it was sudden as fuck and lasted longer than I expected. I expected the fuck up and then credits, but it worked on it.

Yeah, the movie overall as a comedy was just....bleh...

but that scene in the rain was pretty touching.

it wasn't even just that part, it was like the last half hour. i think it was the father/son(sandler and his old man) part at the office when my cousin teared up....and a couple times after that.

It was a good movie, but I didnt laugh at all. I didnt tear up but it was sad.
